Dukes has successfully operated a British Cuisine restaurant at Villiers Hotel for the past five years.
Now, responding to local demand, we’ve re-launched as a dedicated steakhouse, a long-awaited addition to the town and to North Bucks.

Exclusively selecting the highest quality single-farm-reared beef from various regions in the UK, our commitment to excellence is unwavering.
Each steak cut is meticulously chosen from beef that undergoes a minimum 28-day aging process on the bone.
This maturation not only amplifies the richness in taste but guarantees tenderness, delivering a truly sensational dining experience.
The Grilling Process is an art in itself – subjecting the steak to intense heat that sears, caramelises, crusts, and locks in all the juices. The result is a beautifully textured steak, a burst of flavour in every bite.

Dukes Steakhouse Bar & Grill is a magnificent new steak concept restaurant in Buckingham and is located entirely within Villiers Hotel on Castle Street.
Our 18th Century establishment nestled in the heart of the historic market town of Buckingham, has long been widely regarded (and awarded) for its exceptional dining in our British cuisine eatery.
Dukes has recently undergone refurbishments for our relaunch on February 2nd and will be transformed into the premier eatery in town.
