Dukes is the restaurant at Villiers Hotel in Buckingham. The grill is at the heart of the menu, with bavette, flat iron, rump, sirloin and ribeye steaks and five sauces to choose from.
There is plenty for people who are not here for steak, such as, spiced salmon, beer-battered cod, maple-glazed chicken and more, alongside starters to share and a cheeseboard of English cheeses.

An inn on Castle Street for around 450 years
Villiers Hotel began life as the Swanne upon the Hoppe and has been an inn under several names since. It was later renamed after George Villiers, 1st Duke of Buckingham, who was known to visit.
Dukes is a bar and grill as well as a steakhouse, with the restaurant and its bar side by side at Villiers Hotel.
